Business Development Executive

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
This role focuses on developing regional corporate income, maintaining a sustainable pipeline of relationships over £25k, and supporting fundraisers to maximise income potential.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and driven, with a talent for building impactful corporate relationships. Key responsibilities include building a high-value corporate prospect pipeline, securing £25k+ contributions to achieve over £200,000 in annual income.
- Bid management: Design and pitch innovative partnership propositions, fostering corporate support and engagement.
- Relationship management: Develop processes for relationship management, ensuring long-term partnerships and income growth.
- Identify opportunities: Identify and unlock corporate income opportunities through strong internal and external relationships.
- Networking: Participate in fundraising events and networking opportunities to nurture prospects.
In addition, the successful candidate will monitor partnerships, reporting on income and engagement in line with KPIs, conduct due diligence on donors to ensure compliance with policies and legislation, and drive stock generation, secure Gifts in Kind, and contribute to broader organisational goals.
