Business Development Lead

Noble Foods Ltd is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join its team in Leicester/North Scarle.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key retailers.
You will work closely with the supply chain, marketing, and category functions to deliver sales targets and create retailer-specific business plans and sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in FMCG sales within national accounts in Foodservice and Wholesale, with a strong understanding of shopper marketing and category management.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements, service awards, enhanced paternity and maternity pay, free life insurance, and access to Perkbox discounts.
