Job Title: Sales and Business Growth Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team in the East Midlands territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business through direct sales and upselling to existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door direct sales and upsell waste and recycling solutions to existing customers.
  • Complete client site risk assessments and site audits.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.
  • Collate accurate prospect information and update CRM on a daily basis with the sales support team.
  • Participate in regional networking events to showcase the company's services to potential prospects.
  • Cross-sell additional services including shredding, hazardous, and nationals.
  • Diary management and priority planning.

Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus quarterly targets that can lead to an additional £750 per annum increase. The company also offers a company car and genuine potential to earn upwards of an extra £40,000 per annum in commission.
