This role involves overseeing shop floor activities, coordinating with production teams, and monitoring production progress to ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily shop floor activities to ensure production targets and daily output are met
  • Manage inventory and movement of raw materials within designated areas
  • Coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing logistic teams to ensure timely material availability
  • Conduct weekly stock checks and reconcile discrepancies
  • Implement inventory control measures to optimize storage and minimize waste
  • Monitor storage tank levels and ensure optimal utilization
  • Coordinate mobile tanks/ISO tanks cleaning and maintenance activities
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures for handling and storing materials
  • Support maintenance activities by providing necessary information and assistance
Requirements:
  • HNC qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong organizational, time management skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, influence decision-making, and drive positive change
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of inventory control principles
  • Safety awareness and knowledge of relevant regulations
