NHS QA and Leadership Role

This is a senior leadership role within our Preparative Services department, responsible for overseeing the quality and safety of medicines prepared in our licensed facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, leadership, and team management.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement quality systems and information resources
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve pharmaceutical quality and patient safety
- Supervise and train junior staff members

**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Releasing Officer in a licensed facility
- Strong knowledge of cGMP and cGDP principles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

**Estimated Salary:** £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
