Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Registered Nurse to fill a challenging Clinical Leadership Role within our Inpatient Department. The Role

This Senior Nursing Position involves managing the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of planned care for patients. You will be responsible for leading a clinical team, ensuring the efficient running of the department, and promoting best practice in health and safety and security.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of planned care for patients.
  2. Lead a clinical team, ensuring the efficient running of the department.
  3. Promote best practice in health and safety and security.
  4. Seek and employ innovative methods of improving service delivery.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Registered Nurse within a Ward Environment.
  • Ability to manage, motivate, support, develop, and lead the department.
  • Expert knowledge of clinical practice.
