Job Description: As a Service Support Officer - Catering, your primary responsibility is to support the Site Manager, Service Support Manager, and Assistant Support Manager in managing crucial services across our site. This involves ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of catering, hospitality, and other essential services.

Key Tasks:
  1. Collaborate with contract managers to oversee catering, hospitality, and vending services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and service quality.
  2. Conduct regular food safety audits, communicate findings, and maintain accurate records, also oversee bi-annual audits of catering training documentation.
  3. Maintain conference centre equipment, arrange repairs when necessary, and keep stakeholders informed about catering menus and events via internal communication channels.
  4. Support the confidential waste team, manage lost property records, and assist with vehicle management system tasks during peak periods or staff absence.
