Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd in Melksham. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, while also contributing to the management and supervision of our residential service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviors to gain independence in their daily lives.
  • Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service, including allocating shifts, booking training, and inducting new colleagues.
  • Support with supervision, ordering medication, and ensuring individuals manage their finances effectively.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviors.
