Futsal Girls Super League Coordinator

Bloomsbury Football Foundation is seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Futsal Girls Super League Coordinator. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Futsal Girls Super League, including match day logistics, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities- League Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Futsal Girls Super League, including scheduling, cancellations, payments, and referee coordination.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with affiliate clubs and stakeholders to grow the league and promote its culture.
- Match Day Logistics: Ensure the successful management of league fixtures, including on-site coordination and equipment inventory.
- Communication: Promote the league's culture and foster an elite environment for young Futsal players through clear and timely communications.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and teams.
- Organizational Excellence: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional time management to handle multiple projects.
- Leadership and Problem-Solving: Show confidence in leadership and decision-making, with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and Experience: Possess knowledge of Women's and Girls' Futsal, including the challenges faced by them in Football and Futsal, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility and Travel: Be flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings, and able to travel outside of London as required.
