Job Description

Bloomsbury Football Foundation is a leading organization in the field of youth football development, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Futsal Girls Super League Coordinator.

Our organization uses the power of football to improve the lives of children and young people in London, and we are committed to creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment for young players to develop their skills and pursue their passion for the sport.

The Futsal Girls Super League is a key part of our strategy to increase participation and opportunities for girls in football, and we are seeking a coordinator who can help us to deliver this initiative successfully.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring clear and timely communications with clubs, overseeing match day logistics, and maintaining league operations. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with affiliate clubs and stakeholders to grow the league.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a positive and elite environment for young Futsal players.
  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliate clubs and stakeholders to grow the league.
  • Oversee match day logistics, including scheduling, cancellations, payments, and referee coordination.
  • Maintain league operations, including on-site match day coordination, equipment inventory, and social media presence.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational excellence with multiple projects, strong attention to detail, and exceptional time management.
  • Capability to take initiative and problem solve.
  • Confidence in leadership and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of Women's and Girls' Futsal, and challenges faced by them in Football and Futsal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Working Arrangements:

  • Flexible working pattern, with ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Ability to travel outside of London (venue is based in Hertfordshire).
  • The candidate must have the right to live and work in the UK.
