Job Summary

Camino Partners Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our in-house legal department, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and guidance to our business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality legal advice and guidance to our business teams on a range of commercial and legal matters.
  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Negotiate and advise on commercial contracts for services such as permanent and contract recruitment, body and staff leasing arrangements, employer of record services, and service agreements.
  • Provide legal advice for new ventures in both new and existing territories, ensuring compliance and crafting solid commercial models in collaboration with key stakeholders and the wider legal and commercial team.
  • Maintain the integrity of commercial risk mitigation and ensure we stay in line with our Schedule of Management Authority (SOMA).

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a qualified lawyer, preferably in an in-house legal department or a law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of contingent workforce compliance in Europe.
  • Experience negotiating commercial contracts.
