About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team at NES Fircroft. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice to the business on all commercial and contractual matters.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Negotiate and draft commercial contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Advise on employment law and worker agreements.
  • Manage and resolve employment issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on legal and compliance matters.
Requirements
  • Qualified lawyer with at least 1 year of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Strong knowledge of contingent workforce compliance in Europe.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
