Senior Legal Advisor Position at Aon

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor to collaborate with business colleagues and deliver exceptional services to clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial contracting skills and experience in regulated environments, such as wealth/asset management or investment advisory services.

This hybrid role offers flexibility to work in the office or remotely, with a preference for candidates who can access Aon's legal teams in London and Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support on commercial transactions and strategic agreements
  • Work on projects related to new product/service establishment and development
  • Draft standard and bespoke documentation for new products/services

  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders and global networks of Aon lawyers
