Senior Care Assistant Position

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a senior member of our care staff, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality care to our residents while mentoring and supporting junior colleagues. Your expertise in person-centered care planning and ability to recognize signs of potential abuse or neglect make you an ideal candidate for this position.

You will be responsible for implementing tailored care plans, working closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to ensure seamless delivery of care. This includes leading social and recreational activities, assisting with medication administration, and maintaining accurate records. Building strong relationships within the team is also a key aspect of this role.
