Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at One 2 One Support (Cheshire) Limited.

As a Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to develop their skills and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with service users, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Contribute to creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within our services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver activities that meet the needs and interests of service users.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of service users and staff.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance professional development.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 2 years' experience in home care or a related field.
  • A driving licence (preferable).
  • DBS clearance (preferable).
  • NVQ Level 2 certificate in Health & Social Care (preferable).

  • A competitive hourly rate: £12.15 per hour (Monday - Friday), £12.89 per hour (Saturday/Sunday), and a flat sleep-in rate.

Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum based on full-time hours.
