About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional care and possess excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position, working 44 hours per week, including night shifts. You will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants and maintaining the highest standards of care.


Responsibilities:
  1. Maintaining accurate records and building strong relationships with the team.
  2. Providing assistance with medication administration and activities.
  3. Working closely with Registered Nurses and Care Managers to deliver personalised care plans.

About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, committed to delivering exceptional care and making a real difference in the lives of our residents. To succeed in this role, you will require a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care and a background in person-centered care planning.


What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, and other benefits including a company pension scheme, annual leave, and access to learning and development opportunities.
