Job Description

This is a part-time position within the Dietetic Rehabilitation Team, providing input to Acute Stroke and Older Adults inpatients. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to support patients from the acute phase of injury to the rehabilitation phase.

Requirements
  • Registered with HCPC
  • Post-graduate clinical experience working in both acute and rehabilitation environments as part of a clinical team is desirable
