Job Description

This role provides a unique opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of students in further and higher education. As a Senior Director of FE Student Experience, you will lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the student experience, maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, and manage and develop a team of professionals to ensure high-quality support services.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of student support meet the highest standards, including safeguarding, pastoral care, and academic guidance. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that students receive the best possible support throughout their time at the University.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of working with young people and students in a similar setting and will possess an excellent working understanding of how to establish a positive learning environment. They will also have extensive experience of providing advice in a similar setting and will therefore possess a thorough knowledge of meeting Ofsted requirements, ensuring safe learning environments and reporting progress effectively to an Executive Management Team.
