Job Overview

We are seeking a Learning Mentor for Vulnerable Students to join our team at a SEMH provision in Ealing. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with young people and be able to work full time.

The role involves supporting students in developing their academic and social skills, as well as encouraging independence and helping students develop a positive sense of self-esteem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in developing academic and social skills
  • Assist in planning and delivering interventions tailored to students' individual needs
  • Encourage independence and help students develop a positive sense of self-esteem
  • Participate in meetings to track student progress

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with young people
  • Ability to work full time
  • Energetic and passionate about education
  • Enjoys working with children or young people
