About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader to join our team at The Two Willows. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coach your team to ensure high standards of customer service and team performance
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the absence of management
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our menu and drinks offerings to provide expert recommendations to our guests
