About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pre Induction Technician to join our team at Safran Helicopter Engines. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out Induction Inspections on Safran Helicopter engines and modules, ensuring quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform arrival inventory on engines/modules, analyze documentation, and conduct preliminary inspections.
  2. Identify discrepancies, such as missing LRUs or excessive erosion, and take corrective action.
  3. Ensure all required engine information is available for level 4 processing.
  4. Explore repair options for engines in level 3 maintenance centers.
  5. Update SAP Installed Base and Cockpit Work scope, and write Pre Induction Reports.
  6. Perform secondary duties as defined by your manager.
  7. Work in accordance with Company Operating Systems, policies, and procedures.
  8. Identify and report HSE risks to your manager or HSE representative.
  9. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
  10. Support and promote Company values and behaviors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with Safran Helicopter Engine families (Arriel, Arrius, Makila) inspection
  • Mechanical engineering experience post-apprenticeship
  • Maintain high consistency of quality standard output
  • Produce accurate Engine inspection reports
