Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at MacFarlane Group. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, managing and developing a portfolio of existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure profitability
- Deal with incoming customer queries and provide advice and solutions
- Undertake outbound activity to identify and target new customers
- Work closely with and support the external sales team
- Administer sales orders and quotations, ensuring customer delivery dates are met
- Regularly use internal CRM system
- Liaise closely with internal departments such as logistics and procurement
