Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge strong relationships with agents and guests to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the hotel's facilities and services to advise guests on the best options for their stay.
  • Respond to client inquiries, providing tailored proposals to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Manage bookings from initial inquiry to seamless handover to the operational team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the hotel's products and services, including rate strategies and promotions.
  • Conduct hotel show rounds to showcase the hotel's unique selling points and build relationships with clients.
  • Communicate with guests and clients with warmth and hospitality to deliver an authentic and genuine experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive sales targets and achieve business objectives.
