Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Share - Identify opportunities to increase market share within the region.
Requirements:
  • Experience - Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Location - Must be willing to relocate to the Fareham area, with a commutable distance to the branch.
