Job Title: Sales Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at MacFarlane Group. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales team in achieving their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure profitability
  • Deal with incoming customer queries and provide advice and solutions
  • Undertake outbound activity to identify and target new customers
  • Work closely with and support the external sales team
  • Administer sales orders and quotations to ensure customer delivery dates are met
  • Regularly use our internal CRM system
  • Liaise closely with internal departments such as logistics and procurement
