Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Worker to join our team at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Bank Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our wards and departments, ensuring that our services run smoothly and efficiently.

Main Duties

As a Bank worker, you will have the opportunity to work full or part-time to fill short or long-term temporary assignments or vacancies. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have recent experience of working in an administrative role, with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a good understanding of administrative procedures.
