About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage Administrator to join our Property team at Castle Trust Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing mortgage applications from start to finish, ensuring seamless processing and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage mortgage applications, including initial review, search, underwriting, and completion
  • Support the team by gathering necessary information and liaising with brokers to keep them informed
  • Act as a case manager, resolving queries and collaborating with team members as needed
  • Prioritize exceptional customer service for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Adhere to internal procedures, maintain high-quality work, and meet business and regulatory targets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in financial services (or similar) with the ability to work well on the telephone
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and possess a can-do attitude
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service with attention to detail
