Mortgage Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgages Administrator to join our Property team at Castle Trust Bank.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing mortgage applications from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize tasks, maintain high-quality work, and meet business and regulatory targets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage mortgage applications through initial review, search, underwriting, and completion
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Prioritize tasks and maintain high-quality work
- Meet business and regulatory targets
As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary (guide salary £27,000 to £29,000, dependent on experience), an annual performance-related bonus, and a generous contributory pension scheme through Hargreaves Lansdown.
You will also enjoy 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays on top) with the option to buy/sell up to 5 additional days (terms apply), and an extra day paid annual leave for Volunteering.
