About the Job

D CV Technologies Limited is looking for a dedicated Housing Officer to support our residents in Swindon. The successful candidate will have experience in property management and resident support.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and Maintain Properties: Regularly inspect properties, arrange maintenance, and ensure they are safe and secure.
  • Support Residents: Conduct welfare visits, provide information on local services, and arrange transport or relocation as needed.
  • Manage Caseload: Manage a caseload of 200-250 residents, ensuring their needs are met and their well-being is maintained.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience as a Housing Officer or similar role is essential.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are required.
  • Qualifications: A full UK driving licence is necessary for this role.

Benefits:

This role comes with a salary of approximately £32,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including 25 days annual leave, health membership, and life cover.
