Highways and Structures Maintenance Professional

We are Milestone Infrastructure, a leading provider of infrastructure development services in East Anglia. We are currently seeking a Highways and Structures Maintenance Professional to join our team.
As a key member of our design, construction, and operations teams, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating construction activities on site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required safety, environmental, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in civil engineering, with A Levels BBC to include Mathematics, or equivalent qualifications. You should also have good problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office software, and some experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
We offer a comprehensive training program, including the level 6 BEng Civil Engineering degree apprenticeship and professional accreditation with the ICE. Our rotational training program provides opportunities to gain experience across various teams, allowing you to develop your skills and knowledge in civil engineering and infrastructure development.
