About the Role:

The Property Maintenance Company is seeking a skilled Plumbing and Maintenance Professional to join their team. As a key member of the Response Team, you will be responsible for completing maintenance work on social housing properties in Huntingdon and the surrounding area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out essential reactive maintenance, installation and repair works on domestic properties.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety Regulations, Policies and Procedures.
  • Work efficiently and effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Must have City & Guilds Level 2 or NVQ level 2 or equivalent in plumbing and heating installation.
  • Experience in maintenance and repair work in occupied residential properties including all aspects of plumbing, basic carpentry, tiling and plastering.
  • Proven ability to produce work consistently to a high standard.
  • Ability to complete relevant certification for Plumbing works self-motivated able to work on your own initiative.
  • Holder of a full current driving licence.
