Job Title: Pensions Product Specialist

Are you a technical expert looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for pensions and product development? We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Product Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct installations and provide basic user training to ensure seamless product adoption.
  2. Address customer support inquiries through our Helpdesk, providing timely and effective solutions.
  3. Oversee after-sales opportunities and quotations through our CRM system, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  4. Support the maintenance of our CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  5. Write support content for our company website, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership.
  6. Participate in international travel to meet customer support team goals, fostering strong relationships with our global customer base.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering discipline, with primary applications in biology, chemistry, or biochemistry (or equivalent experience/qualification).
  2. Proficient in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel and data analysis.
  3. Willingness to travel, with a valid passport and driver's license.
  4. Strong mechanical and fine motor skills, with experience working with scientific instrumentation.
  5. Experience with CRM and MRP database systems is highly desirable.
