Hospitality Management Assessor Opportunity

About the Role:

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK-wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Management Assessor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality Levels 2/3/4, including Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, and Hospitality Management.
  2. Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  3. Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  4. Support, advise, and motivate learners to overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet their needs.
  5. Meet Assessor KPIs in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork, and general administration.

Requirements:

  1. Must have experience of working as a Manager within a Hospitality setting as a Front of House Manager.
  2. Ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 or above in Hospitality, although not essential if strong competency is evidenced.
  3. Confident to support and deliver Functional Skills Maths and English, with full training provided.
  4. Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
  5. Must be flexible with travel.

What We Offer:

Full training and support will be given to candidates to achieve the Level 3 Award in Education and Training. Excellent holiday entitlement, mileage, and a competitive salary of £31,500 - £33,500 (depending on qualifications).
