Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Lead to join our School by School (SbyS) team. This role involves driving growth and achieving our goal of becoming the UK's most used and loved school Management Information System.
Key Responsibilities- Develop market intelligence and engage in outbound sales calls to identify new opportunities
- Ensure accuracy and quality of data in D365
- Travel to Bromley for sales meetings (approximately 4-6 times per year)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred but not essential)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary package with uncapped commission, pension contribution, 24 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays), increasing to 28 after 5 years service, birthday off, Employee Assistance Programme and Wellbeing service, hybrid/remote working, training and development, and social events throughout the year.
