Job Description:

The role of Customer Service Specialist is to provide exceptional customer service to clients in a demanding shared service environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing, with a confident telephone manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to high levels of telephone and email enquiries
  • Providing advice and guidance, processing actions and administering electronic records
  • Offering finance, human resources, and transactional support functions
  • Maintaining and inputting data to IT systems, including SAP

  • Estimated salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum

  • 23 days annual leave per year (pro rata for part time) increasing with service

Working Arrangements: Office based agile working with designated team area, with the ability to work predominantly (60% or more) in one office space, with the rest of the time working at home or at other police site locations.
