Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a teaching assistant in our Eastbourne schools. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with children, supporting their academic, emotional, and social development.
Responsibilities:- Supporting Classroom Activities: Assist in daily classroom tasks, helping students stay focused and engaged.

- Providing Emotional Support: Be a source of emotional support for students, offering a safe space to express their feelings.
- Fostering an Inclusive Environment: Ensure all students feel supported and included in their learning experience.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
