About the Opportunity

Teaching Personnel is seeking a qualified Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team and provide support to students with challenging behaviours.

Job Description
  • Collaborate with teachers and SEN teams to develop and implement effective behaviour plans that cater to individual student needs.
  • Provide one-to-one and group support to students to help them develop self-regulation skills, emotional awareness, and positive relationships.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with children with behavioural needs, ideally in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.

Salary: £24-£30 per hour
