Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one support to students with complex needs
- Assist teachers in implementing individual learning plans
- Support students during social activities and outings
- Encourage effective communication and manage behaviour
- Collaborate with the teacher and SEN team to create a positive learning environment
