About the Role

We are seeking a positive, caring, and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will provide invaluable support to children and young people, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet the needs of the children and young people in line with OFSTED regulations
  • Organise and facilitate social activities, such as days out, work in the community, and holidays
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the home, including laundry, housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and other tasks
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and best practice
  • Work closely with our clinical team and local authorities
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who have life skills and experience working with children or in health and social care. Full training and support will be provided. A full UK driving licence is essential due to the location and nature of the work.
