Job Title: Housekeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout our residential home, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook healthy meals for our young people, taking into account their individual dietary needs
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards
• Ensure all areas of the home are clean and tidy, including bathrooms and common areas
• Liaise with management and staff to ensure daily chores are completed
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to your line manager
• Use your initiative to identify areas that require cleaning or attention
• Participate in deep cleans as required or requested by your line manager

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when working with young people
• Commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment for our young people
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
