Job Title: Housekeeper

Join our team as a Housekeeper at CareTech Group, where you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents.

Job Purpose: To provide a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the residential home, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook healthy meals for residents, taking into account individual dietary needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Ensure all areas of the home are clean and tidy, including bathrooms and common areas.
  • Liaise with management and staff to ensure daily chores are completed and maintenance issues are reported in a timely manner.
  • Use initiative to identify areas that require cleaning and take action to address them.
  • Participate in deep cleans of the building as required or requested by management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
