Job Description
As CFO, you will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that support rapid scale-up. You'll provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the board and executive team, leading long-term financial planning aligned with company objectives. You'll also structure and optimise the company's financial operations for scale, including modernising and scaling financial systems and processes. Additionally, you'll ensure robust financial controls and compliance frameworks, manage cash management and treasury operations, and develop and execute comprehensive risk management strategy. You'll lead procurement strategy and vendor cost optimisation, oversee audit processes and relationships, and maintain and update compliance documentation and procedures.
