We are currently seeking an experienced Developmental Support Assistant Lead to join our dynamic team at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Youth Service team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people living with long-term health conditions.

About the Role:

In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement programs that promote social development, education, and employment opportunities for young people. You will provide guidance and support to help them overcome challenges related to their health condition, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with local organizations and stakeholders to identify potential partnerships and opportunities for our young people. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all programs and activities meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
