Care Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and caring Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. In this role, you will work closely with the clinical team to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication administration.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure they receive the necessary training and support to deliver excellent care.
  • Participate in care planning and review processes to ensure residents' needs are met and their care plans are up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
