The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving improvements in patient care. They will possess excellent clinical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of radiographers in providing high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to the development of our radiology services and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and quality of care
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A BSc Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience in leading teams and driving improvements in patient care
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and strong communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
