Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of radiographers in providing high-quality patient care
- Contribute to the development of our radiology services and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement training programs for staff
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and quality of care
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A BSc Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification
- HCPC registration
- Experience in leading teams and driving improvements in patient care
- Excellent clinical knowledge and strong communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary of £37,338 - £44,962 per annum pro rata, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working hours, comprehensive training, and opportunities for professional development.
