Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with residents, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including mobility and communication
  • Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Accurately record and report work activities, maintaining high standards of documentation
