Senior Residential Support Worker

Our residential care team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Kilbirnie. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the management of day-to-day operations within our services, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our services
- Engage in and manage each child's plan, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

We continue to provide a unique community-based, living and learning environment in support of some of the most vulnerable children and young people in the country. Our team assists children and young people aged 8 to 18 years to be fully included within the local community and to ensure they have the capacity to prosper beyond Aspris Scotland in the wider post-school world.
Please note - due to the location of this home and nature of the role, candidates MUST have a full UK driving licence as you are required to transport our young people to external locations.
