Job Title: Homecare Support Worker

About the Role:

HRM Homecare is seeking a compassionate and reliable Homecare Support Worker to join our team in Ayrshire. As a Homecare Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, empowering them to live independently and comfortably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care and support to service users, including washing, dressing, toileting, and meal preparation.
  • Provide social and emotional support, as well as companionship, to service users.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks and accompany service users to appointments and social events.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.
