Senior Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Dovetail HRS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing a strong sales strategy.

About the Role:

  • Lead a small sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the construction industry.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify new business opportunities and develop a sales plan to achieve them.

About Our Client:

Our client is a UK-based manufacturer of high-quality bespoke products serving the construction, marine, oil & gas, and automotive industries. With over 45 years of experience and a turnover of £6.5M, they are entering an exciting new phase of growth.

They currently sell across the world and are known for their high-quality on-time products, which sees a high level of returning customers. The new leadership team is keen to provide full support to the right candidate who can hit the ground running and embrace the opportunity to build a sales team and strengthen their career path.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales background in the construction industry with experience managing a small sales team.
  • Export experience is not essential but welcome.
  • Target-driven and hungry to achieve success.
