Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join our team at N Family Club. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursery and the delivery of exceptional care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in the overall management of the nursery, including staff supervision, budgeting, and policy implementation.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the quality of care and education provided to children.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children and staff.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of the curriculum and the achievement of high-quality outcomes for children.
- Provide support and guidance to staff to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver high-quality care and education.
About You
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about early years education and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and education. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve their best. You will also have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and be able to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective way.
